In the 7Sleep app, you will find three main categories: Morning, General, and Evening. This way you can find the right content for you based on the time of day.
Next, you decide on an intention, e.g. mindful practice, moving, relaxing, etc., and a category, e.g. breath & body, thoughts, etc. Here you choose the appropriate content, such as "Breathing as an anchor" or "Movements to feel good". Depending on the purpose, this can be mindfulness or relaxation exercises, knowledge units, or sleep stories. The lengths vary between 5 and 87 minutes.
You will find your 7Sleep profile at the top right. Here you can see your subscription status and set which notifications you would like to receive. You can also access the 7Sleep Help Center directly from here. In the account settings you can change your username, log out and delete your account.
In the section "For your day" you will find your personal recommendations, which change every day.
You will find your playlist at the very bottom of the app: Browse through the library and compile your favorites in the playlist so that you can listen to everything one after the other. In the player and in the library, you can add units to the playlist using the "+". You can delete items that no longer belong in your routine by swiping the content piece from right to left. You can also change the order of the items in your playlist by tapping and holding an item and dragging it to the desired position.
The last 7 units played are displayed under Recently played. If you tap on "More", you will find your complete history. Or you can tap on the symbol next to your profile to access your history. Please note that the history doesn't show offline played content.
