The annual subscription has an automatic renewal for 12 months. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time (up to 14 days before renewal), it will then expire at the end of the term.
The way to cancel your subscription depends on the method you have chosen to subscribe. Here you can find the different options:
Apple App Store
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions", tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions)
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.
If you can't find a subscription, please check if you purchased your subscription through Google or our Website.
Google Play Store
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu Menu and then Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription. If you can't find a subscription, please check if you purchased your subscription through Apple or our Website.
7Sleep Homepage
Subscriptions purchased on our homepage go through our payment provider Chargebee. To access subscription management use the link in your order confirmation or https://www.7mind.de/en/manage-subscription. You must log in with your 7Sleep profile. If you have any questions or difficulties, simply send us a message to our customer support with your 7Mind profile email address.
