I forgot my password - how do I get a new one?

Please tap "HIER EINLOGGEN" on the home screen and then tap "PASSWORT VERGESSEN". Here you can enter the email address under which your 7Sleep profile is registered and you will receive a link to reset your password via email.

If you have a 7Mind profile with the same email address, the password will only be changed for your 7Sleep profile.

The new password must be at least 8 characters long and must consist of letters and at least one number.

If your mailbox filters out the email, please add the domain "mail.7sleep.de" to the list of desired recipients (allow list).
