How do I register/log in?

1. Download the 7Sleep app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app on your phone or tablet and click "Start now".
3. Here you can answer three short introductory questions. These help us to get to know your needs and wishes for 7Sleep better. Otherwise, you can click on "Intro überspringen" in the upper right corner.
4. After that, you will be asked to create your 7Sleep account. You have several options here: If you already have a 7Mind profile, you can use it to register, otherwise, you can choose to register via Apple, Google, Facebook, or by email address.

Note: You can register each email address only once. If you have already created a 7Sleep profile please use the "Login" function.

Registration is necessary because it allows us to safely assign purchases that may have been made. It also makes it possible to use the same 7Sleep profile on multiple devices. In addition, we can react much more targeted and reliably, should questions or difficulties arise :-)

You are stuck after entering your email address or password?

Please note that there is no "Next" button directly in the app. However, there will be a button on the digital keyboard of your smartphone. Depending on the manufacturer it says "Next", "Done", "Enter" or something similar.
